Tell the class what the order of your 5 voices from strongest to weakest.
Do you agree with the results? These tests are not always perfect and we all have some variation of the 5 voices in each of us, so which one do you feel like should be your strongest and why?

My voices listed strongest to weakest were Pioneer, Guardian, Creative, Connector, Nurturer. I found it interesting that Pioneer was my strongest voice as I identify with it a lot. For instance I don't like taking the long way to find the solution, I like the fastest and easiest. With that said I also feel that I agree with Guardian as I often am very logical and ask the questions most people would skip over. One thing that I don't agree with is that the two voices, Connector and Nurturer, and my weakest voices when I feel that I am big on relationships and caring for people. I truly feel that everyone has value in the group setting. I also feel that the ranking of these five voices would totally rearrange for me depending on the setting I am in. For example when I am in a setting where I feel less superior I often hesitate to speak up. If I were to rearrange my order to what I feel is more accurate I would change it to Pioneer, Connector, Guardian, Creative, Nurturer.
I like how you identified each voice just like Isaac said. I wish you the best of luck next year.
It's interesting how you identify with parts of each one. I think a lot of us change depending on the setting we are in just like you.
I think that it awesome that you can identify the bits and pieces of each of the 5 voices. Sometimes I wish I could just find the fastest solution, but then I second guess myself because I might of missed something. I am like you, I could reorder my 5 voices, it really just depends on the setting.
